Abstract

Corporate governance is a comprehensive, central system implemented by the state, in
collaboration with all parties (owners, management, citizens), relying on electronic
management with its new curricula, as it will ensure the success of comprehensive and
sustainable development. This study aims to investigate electronic management and corporate
governance in Yemeni mobile phone companies, using descriptive and analytical approach. The
population was five mobile phone companies, and the sample (301) was stratified and random.
The data was collected based on the questionnaire tool. The results were presented using the
statistical programs (SPSS-27) and (AMOS-26). The study showed a statistically significant
positive effect with an impact coefficient of (0.773) for electronic management on corporate
governance in mobile phone companies. It means that an increase of 100 units in electronic
management results in a contribution of 77.3 units to corporate governance. The study suggests
establishing an effective corporate governance system through electronic management in Yemen, particularly in mobile phone companies. However, it emphasizes the need to first
enhance and update the overall governance framework, which encompasses legal,
administrative, accounting, economic, social, regulatory, and other aspects.
