The COVID-19 pandemic brought about a profound transformation in global education, compelling schools to adopt digital solutions to sustain the learning process. This study, titled The Impact of COVID-19 on Digital Developments in Educational Institutions: A Case Study of Al-Andalus Educational Schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, examines how the crisis accelerated digital transformation in teaching and learning practices. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study collects data from teachers, students, and parents to evaluate digital preparedness, the effectiveness of online learning tools, and the challenges encountered during implementation.
Findings reveal that robust digital infrastructure, well-trained teachers, and consistent use of online platforms were crucial for maintaining educational quality amid the pandemic. The research further highlights how Al-Andalus Educational Schools effectively adapted to the sudden transition and offers practical recommendations to enhance digital readiness,
